Military Unit

Veterans, Welcome Back and Thanks For Your Service.

The Military Unit of Medinah Shriners is unique in Shrinedom. All members have served honorably in the Armed Forces of the United States or are currently on active duty.  Members of the unit participate in Medinah's parades with the intention of promoting national pride and patriotism.  Additionally, they judge Arab Patrol competition at the Shrine Imperial Session and Great Lakes Shrine Association Conventions.  With the common bond of military service that the members share, they have also responded to requests for assistance from the Veterans Commission.  To "Keep Serving Our Country is an accurate description of the Medinah Military Units' mission.

All military service members (past present or retired) are welcome to become a part of Medinah's Military Unit. Meeting are held at the Medinah Facility, Room 240 on the first Tuesday of the month, excepting June-August and December.
