The Country Shrine Club invites you and your friends to participate in the 56th Country Shrine Club Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, May 8th, 2023.

The fee to play on Course #1 is $600.00 per player & $500.00 to play on Course #2 – Hole Sponsorship is $500.00

Included in the fee on either course will be your gate gift, use of the practice range, lunch prior to tee off, all refreshments on the golf courses, carts & forecaddies, and (following golf) hors d’oeuvres reception with beverages. If you do not plan to golf, please join for the hors d’oeuvres reception & beverages. For those not golfing, the cost for the cocktail reception & beverages is $120.00. Shriners Children’s Chicago will receive all net proceeds. Please note that there is no rain date. The exact itinerary will be sent to whoever fills out the form.
